NJBF completes three year $5,000,000 pressroom and bindery modernization project New Jersey Business Forms has completed a three year $5,000,000 pressroom and bindery modernization project for its Englewood , New Jersey location. The improvements include a second new 16 color U.V. web press with 50 rewind and half-web size sheeting capability. A complement of b indery enhancements include two MBO fold ing lines with inline Palamides paper bundlers. These upgrades offer an efficient cost solution to the competitive coated and uncoated commercial print and direct mail market s nationwide. The productivity of the latest web offset press technology and its CIP3 worklflow capability offers low waste, higher productivity therefore rendering lower costs to the Trade customers. This investment enables NJBF to compete with the traditional 40 sheetfed market and allows us gain new business from many new sources not previously available, says V.P. of manufacturing, David Harnett.
